The West Highland White Terrier Club of Queensland will be holding an open show day on 20 September at their grounds at Durack. Since it is an open show, you don't have to be a member of the Canine Control to enter. All your Westie will have to do on the day is be clean (which we know can be difficult sometimes), and walk on a lead in the direction the judge says. At the same time you'll be helping a trainee judge who will be assessed on the day for his national licence. So if you have wanted to see how your Westie goes in a show why not enter and join in the fun and support our state's WHWT Club.

There will be lovely prizes for the winners, including ribbons, towels, and discount voucher for grooming. For the best in show in the neutered class there are also doggie back packs up for grabs.
Entry is only $2.00 per property class and $5.00 if your dog is neutered or entire. Property classes are tail, gait, head and coat.
