Maggie Needs a Holiday

Well you all know Maggie... Inspirational Founder of Westie Walkers and Philanthropooch extraordinaire. Accustomed as she is to helping others, Maggie is nevertheless considering a place to have a relaxing, pampered break from her Pack Leaders with 1 or 2 other Westies and a Pack Leader who is at home a lot, for 5 nights in October 2008 and if all survive that, a few weeks in January/February 2009. She thought that it would be good to go to try out a place (October), to make sure the next time (January/February) round she and the hosts would get along. She is annoyingly particular about things, down to making sure the corners of her blanket are aligned with the corners of her bed before getting in.... No need to say anymore.... If you are a Westie Walker member and are brave enough and kind enough to consider taking on the challenge of hosting Maggie, for one, other or both periods, it would be very much appreciated. Holiday for Maggie

Hello Barry Bonnie read your note about Maggie needing a holiday. She is so exhausted from all the puppies that she feels the same way! The pups will be leaving home next week, apart from little Kenzie, so Bonnie feels that some "girl time" would be good, and as such she's be prepared to share her bed with Maggie in October for 5 nights. As long as Maggie doesn't mind being Auntie to little Kenzie who will be four months old. And as long as Maggie likes a good walk and a play with other dogs in the puppy park every so often (Bonnie's favourite part of the day for sure!) Bonnie is not sure whether her owners will be around in January/February yet as they are thinking about a holiday themselves, and that could be a time that they go. But if they are here in Brisbane Bonnie would open her kennel again. Bonnie understands that Maggie would prefer to go to the same place on both occasions so she quite understands if Maggie takes up another place, but the offer is there of the October accommodation if she would like it. I owe Nolan. We have look after a few Wesite and we do not mind if Maggie would like to come and stay with us.
